We analyzed 4,000+ raves the typical night covers 10.2 km, or 6.4 miles
A typical night beats a 10,000-step day
A typical night beats a 10,000-step day
Every night logged in Mondaysover carries the step count, distance and time that came with it. Line them all up and take the one in the middle, and a night out stops looking like going out and starts looking like an event you trained for.
Nobody logs a rave expecting these numbers
THE TYPICAL NIGHT
| Steps | 14,283 |
| Distance | 10.25 km, or 6.4 miles |
| Night length | 3.9 hours |
| Calories | 1,308 |
This is an endurance event in disguise
So do the thing endurance people never skip. Eat first.
Out of 4,000+ raves logged in Mondaysover we took the nights people tracked live in the app, pressing start and stop themselves. The typical one is 14,283 steps and 10.25 km, or 6.4 miles, inside four hours. That beats a 10,000-step day by more than 40 percent, and nobody warms up for it, paces it, or eats beforehand. The last one is the easy fix.
